Usual not a fan of Kate Moss but this photo makes me think of spring, new spring styles and new spring haircuts. I want bangs. It's no question that the colour of my hair needs to be dealt with but BANGS! I love them and I want them, now...I think? Kate's blazer and bracelet are adorable. I want! I want! I want new shades and a new bag too! This is going to be a pricey Spring makeover.
This weekend I'm losing one of my besties as she packs up and moves out west to work for this ultra hip clothing boutique in Vancouver. M, I don't want you to leave!! The boutique is called Jonathan+Olivia (http://jonathanandolivia.blogspot.com/) and its filled with the most ridiculous clothing lines. Love it and I totally love these re-usable shopping bags. Super stylish, simple and great design on the back.
Ok, I know. Ive been a little MIA but its because its been busy settling into my new position as junior designer with Sarah Richardson Design! Very exciting and very busy. Happy its the weekend because im dying for a solid sleep-in. Anyways, I finally had some time to sit down, collect some images and start updating! Killer snowstorm happening right now and its bumming me out. I need the spring to arrive ASAP.
As much as I love the clean cut minimal look, I also love these wholesome organic spaces. Warm and inviting. I love day planners, I have to pick one up for myself for my new job. I love fabric samples, cozy nooks, bundles of flowers and fireplaces. I think this new position at Sarah Richardson is going to work out just fine for me! LOVE IT!

Highend company Dwell is now making well priced merchandise for Target. Are you serious? Target just keeps getting better and better, too bad I live in Canada. I love Dwell bedding!
I have to admit, not a huge fan of the mirror/cabinet combination. But how cute is this? Super organized cabinet filled with great little bathroom nick nacks. Im a sucker for good packaging and I will buy something just because of the packaging. But why not? I like having nice things to look at, even if its just a makeup bag or a container of lotion. Looking at this photo makes me think that I could resort to a mirror/cabinet combo, as long as it looked something like this when I opened it each and every morning. Impressive, how cute is the tiling in the background? LOVE IT! I like organizing, renovating my bathroom right now... can not wait until it's done!

Not a huge fan of Sienna but this plaid jacket is adorable. I love the colours and I also love the black leather bag. Super skiny denim is still a favourite of mine, I just can't kick it.
I love fashion. Im not interested in working in fashion but I love coming across cute outfits. When I do, I'll post them. It's nice to throw in a steller outfit once and a while because I think fashion goes hand in hand with interiors. You should always look good. Melaine Huynh, assistant sylist at French Vogue. S/S 2008 Fashion Show. I love the blazer and clutch. I would love a good blazer, I have yet to come across one and purchase it but when I do... it's going to be very exciting. The prep look is choice.
I found this image while on absolutelybeautifulthings.blogspot.com this morning and I just had to post it. I don't know what it is about white painted floor boards, antique fireplaces and random piles of art supplies but it makes me crave for a space much the same. It reminds me of my first house in Toronto, white floors, 12 ft ceilings and crown molding. I miss that house even though the kicthen was a disaster but the natural light was incredible. I actually remember taking photos for a project. I should try and dig them out and share them with you!

Another sweet little light fixture that I came across. Its a tooth! I love how the whole thing lights up, this would look sweet in a little kids room or.... a bathroom!
The Random and the NonRandom light fixtures. I adore these fixtures because they speak volumes without being so distracting. I would use either one (however, the top fixture is my favourite) in a huge, open loft type space. Its very effective to use fixture like this because they take up massive amounts of space (when grouped together) without being too dominating. They look almost angelic when then light up a space. LOVE IT.

I decided to scan some images in this morning. Vogue Living AUS is one of the best interior design magazines on the market. If you like this blog, you'll love the magazine. I like this interior because it is dark, dreamy and romantic. I love the fireplace, the photo collage and the lantern, a collection of all of my favourite things.
You know me, always a sucker for a good print. Etsy.com has an unlimited number of artists showcasing their artwork. I came across this little gem and I love it.
